1. Shipping Information:
By default, the goods can only be shipped to the countries listed below. Depending on the size of your order, shipping will be via DHL Warenpost GOGREEN, DHL Warenpost International Premium GOGREEN or DHL GOGREEN. The shipping costs incurred can be found in the table below.
If you wish to have it shipped to another country, please send us an email (info@reddoterra.com) before placing an order and tell us the item, the quantity, the delivery address, the country and the corresponding postal code. We will then inform you at short notice whether we can also ship to the desired country and – should delivery to the desired delivery address be possible – inform you of the shipping costs, as we have to ask our shipping partner about the shipping option and the costs in advance.
Shipping within Germany:
For shipping within the German mainland we charge a flat rate of 3.25 euros per order. When shipping to German islands, we charge an island surcharge of 3.25 euros. From a gross order value of 29 euros we ship free of charge.
